Resolved: Spoiled food no help
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I received spoiled food from Ben & Bahar and got no response to my calls or emails. Lieferando refuses to help as well. Terrible service from both the restaurant and the platform.

Mc Donalds Bestellung
Hallo, ich habe gerade an die Carl- Zeiss Straße auf Acelya Agaoglu bei Mc Donalds bestellt und die Bestellung kam 2 mal falsch an und dann kam die Tüte ganz verwühlt an so das man das Essen nicht verspeisen konnte es war kalt die Tüte war geöffnet man konnte erkennen das es nach 2 mal falsche Lieferung einfach altes und kaltes Essen war wir musst regelmäßig unser Burger zusammen suchen die Hälfte lag in der Tüte rein geschmissen die andere war in der Packung es war absolut eklig und ungenießbar somit haben wir das Essen nicht angenommen und würden unser Geld gerne wieder zurück bekommen wir wurden von Mc Donalds drauf verwiesen uns bei ihnen zu melden die Rechnung betragt 26,08 um unser Geld wieder zu erhalten ich habe über Paypal bezahlt mit der angegeben e Mail acelyabeyza@***.com
Ich bitte dringend um Rückmeldung wir haben sie auch schon versucht anzurufen uns wurde aber gesagt das wir diesen Prozess online machen sollen.

Noone responds to my email complaining
I send 2 emails 3 h ago and noone answered, and I still dont receive my full order or refund, how many days I need to wait for you to respond???for what is help centre???
Still I dont receive any answer from the team of lieferando, i only get email with automated reply, but they dont bother to solve my problem, they have the help center for nothing

I kept calling but did not connect with anyone.
The worst part of lieferando is there is no contact person from lieferando or from restaurant.
At least we should know the restaurant address to connect in case of delay.
This is the second time it happened, and not happy with the service.

On 6th AprilOrder #TL3AYQOrder placed on 9.27and order received at 10.55, with no information about being late.We kept waiting so so long and then finally placed another order from Dominos.I want to register a complain.

I gave 40.00 euros and my children ate just pommes the doner where with sauses although i send a message that i wanted them plain 40.00 euros for a pizza and pommes and 40 min to come
